Rules and regulations: 

A few dress regulations – always keep them on! No bare feet.

Consider others – language, televised material, music and noise level must be suitable for all, including children and young people.

Prompt play – Please respect the player or group to follow. Move on as soon as your allotted time is up. We would love for you to finish your last hole. However, if another booking follows, the simulator will transition to the next booking at the end of your booking time.

Group size – a maximum of four golfers per session per bay unless otherwise stated in writing.

Don’t touch your dirty balls – to preserve impact screens and projected images you must

• Use new, white golf balls provided by Noosa Golf Co.
• Before play, clean your club faces/heads using the cleaning brush provided.
• Free-standing tees are available to preserve indoor mats and protect eyes.

Duty of care

• One player within the hitting space! Look around before you swing. No practice swings outside the hitting space.
• All other players should be seated while not hitting – For your own safety please remain seated while players are hitting inside the bay
• Hit one ball at a time from the centre of the hitting space, and only TOWARDS THE IMPACT SCREEN.
• Strictly no “Happy Gilmores”, trick shots or ball throwing to prevent injury.
• If not golfing, maintain a safe distance from any person’s range of swing.
• No food or drink is to be consumed inside the bays to prevent spills, slips, trips and falls. Move to the seated area to eat, drink, or respectfully sledge a mate. It’s safer for all!
• A parent, carer or responsible adult must supervise children and young people under 18 years of age.
• Immediately report all safety risks, abuse or neglect to staff onsite or feel free to email on Shop@noosagolfco.com.au with date/time of any incidents.

No BYO drink – please order and purchase from the Golf shop bar. We reserve the right to stop participation due to excessive alcohol or behaviour endangering yourself or others.

If you drink, don’t drive – don’t even chip or putt! Plan to leave your gear and car, and call a friend a TAXI or UBER if you suspect you are over the limit.

General 

• Equipment Handling: Users are responsible for handling the equipment provided within the indoor golf simulator facility with care. Any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
• Safety Regulations: Users must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the facility staff. This includes wearing appropriate footwear and attire and refraining from any behaviour that may pose a risk to themselves or others.
• Age Restrictions: The use of the indoor golf simulator may be restricted to individuals of a certain age or skill level. Children under a certain age must be supervised by an adult while using the simulator.
• Fair Usage Policy: Users must adhere to a fair usage policy to ensure equal access to the indoor golf simulator for all patrons.
• Maintenance and Repairs: The facility reserves the right to temporarily close the indoor golf simulator for maintenance or repairs as necessary. Users will be notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may affect their bookings.
• Liability Waiver: By using the indoor golf simulator, users acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with the activity. The facility may not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the simulator.
• Code of Conduct: Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and refrain from any behaviour that may disrupt other patrons or interfere with the operation of the facility.
