Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process
- 
All golf simulator bookings must be made through our website, in-store, or by phone. 
- 
Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. 
- 
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to receive a full refund or reschedule. 
- 
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable. 
- 
To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at shop@noosagolfco.com.au. 
3. No-Show Policy
- 
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. 
- 
Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time without compensation. 
4. Group Bookings & Private Events
- 
Group bookings and private event reservations require advance notice and may be subject to a separate cancellation policy. 
- 
A deposit may be required for large bookings. 
5. Technical Issues & Weather Conditions
- 
In the event of technical issues with the simulator, we will provide an alternative booking or full refund. 
- 
Noosa Golf Co. is not responsible for cancellations due to personal weather preferences. However, in extreme weather conditions that prevent travel, we may offer a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
