Return & Refund Policy

General Policy:
Noosa Golf Co. accepts returns for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to Return an Item:

  • Bring the item and original receipt to the store during regular business hours.
  • If you do not have a receipt, a valid form of ID may be required for a refund or exchange.
  • For online purchases, please contact us at shop@noosagolfco.com.au to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label.

1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unworn items with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
  • Golf balls and other consumables cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact us for an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
