Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and peak seasons.

2. Order Processing

  • Custom Items: Orders for custom products, such as golf clubs, may take longer to fulfill as we need to wait for manufacturing lead times. Estimated delivery times will be communicated after order confirmation.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping options will be available soon.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (subject to promotions).

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking details provided.
  • Noosa Golf Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but we will assist in tracking your order.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@noosagolfco.com.au so we can assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • Noosa Golf Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
